Frequently Asked Questions

Our custom embroidery digitizing services are priced flat-rate based on design complexity. Small chest and cap designs usually run between $10 to $25, with no hidden fees. We provide free quotes within minutes so you know the exact price before we start.

Vector conversion standard designs cost $8 to $15. If you have incredibly detailed illustrations or complex layouts, we’ll review the artwork and provide a precise, competitive quote immediately.
We support all major payment systems for your convenience, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Business accounts can also set up pre-authorized billing.

Delivery & Timeline Details

Our standard turnaround time is 12 to 24 hours. Most orders are finalized and delivered within the next morning, ensuring you never miss a production deadline.
Yes, we do! If you need your files urgently, we offer a super-fast 2 to 4 hour rush service for an additional charge. Simply mark your order as urgent when submitting your request.
Our digitizing studio operates 24 hours a day, Monday through Saturday. This global schedule allows us to receive orders late at night and deliver them completed to your inbox by the time you start your workday.
Once completed, your embroidery files (DST, PES, EXP, or any requested format) will be sent directly to your email address. You will also receive a detailed PDF proof showing the stitch count, color sequence, and dimensions.

We deliver professional digitizing files in all major embroidery formats including Tajima DST, Brother PES, Melco EXP, Husqvarna HUS, Janome JEF, Singer XXX, and Pfaff PCS. If you need a specific format not listed, simply request it when submitting your design.
DST is the universal industry standard and is compatible with almost all commercial embroidery machines. For home or hobbyist machines, we highly recommend using your machine brand’s native format (such as PES for Brother or JEF for Janome) to ensure design properties and colors load accurately.
Our files work seamlessly with all leading commercial and household machine brands, including Tajima, Barudan, Brother, Janome, Happy, SWF, Melco, Singer, Husqvarna Viking, Bernina, and Pfaff.
You can upload standard raster image formats such as PNG, JPG, GIF, and BMP. For the absolute highest precision and sharpest digitization, vector formats such as AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG are highly recommended.

Yes! We offer free, unlimited minor revisions to make sure your designs align perfectly with your requirements. Major design changes or completely new elements that depart from your original order notes may incur a nominal digitizing fee.
